profile_photo Aloe

Sex: Male
Color: Black & White
Age: 4 yrs
Kids: Yes
Cats: Yes

Affectionately known as “cow dog”, Aloe’s black and white markings make him a real looker. His personality is equally outstanding. He is out-going and friendly to everyone he meets. He enjoys giving out kisses, especially in the morning when he will clean your face as soon as he sees one eye open. Aloe needs a home that wants a dog to be part of the family. He is fine left alone, but Aloe is much happier going in the car to soccer games or on a nice walk. He gets along very well with the other dogs in his foster home and is considered cat safe. He occasionally eye-balls the hamsters as potential chicken McNuggets, but never acts on his impulses. The family who adopts Aloe will be very lucky as he already is a great pet.

hearts

Sex: Female
Color: White
Age: 7 yrs
Kids: Yes
Cats: No

Amor came to us all the way from Oklahoma. She's got a thick fluffy white coat so we've nicknamed her polar bear. Amor lives up to her name in every sense of the word. She's sweet and affectionate with so much love to give except if you're a cat. Amor can run like the wind using all four legs, but when she's standing still she won't put one of her hind feet down. X-rays show there's no damage or healed broken bones. It could just be an old soft tissue injury as she doesn't exhibit any pain on examination. Amor deserves a wonderful loving couch to call her own.

profile_photo Rosie
*Adoption Pending*

Sex: Female
Color: White & Red
Age: 3 yrs
Kids: Older
Cats: No cats or small breed dogs.

Rosie is a precious white & red 3 1/2 yr old who’s sweet, affectionate and a very smart little imp. She's excellent in the car, prefers to have companionship the better part of the day and loves her leash walks. Because of a fall that ended her racing career with a broken leg, she has some pain in her back so her exercise level will always need to be monitored. She has a wonderful puppy attitude towards life, enjoying tossing stuffies around, but she needs to be kept in check or the discomfort in her back rears its ugly head. She has been in foster care since October and it's time for her to find a home to call her own without stairs that would keep her separated from her family. If you have the right home for her, Rosie would make a wonderful, loyal friend and companion. She would always bring a smile to your face.

profile_photo Secret - ADOPTED!

Sex: Female
Color: Brindle
Age: 5 yrs
Kids: Teens
Cats: No

Secret is a darling brindle girl who can be a bit shy and uncertain about strangers and the world around her. Because of this tentativeness, she would do best in a quiet home with another laid back greyhound for companionship or an owner who is around more often to help build her confidence. Once she gets to know you, you will be rewarded with a loving, playful girl who will seek out affection and happily display her belly for rubbing. She is excellent on the leash and loves to go for walks and car rides. The rest of the day, she is happy to do what greyhounds do so well, toss a stuffie in the air a few times and then snooze the day away. She also is a smart girl who loves her treats so she will be fun to train. If you think that you can give this cutie the forever home that she deserves, please apply to adopt her today!
